Procedure for Bookings

•   We don't take walkins

•   Please give us at least 72 hours notice

•  Please check here for "AVAILABILITY" then call - 94443 84608 or 97512 39907 (9 am to 6 pm weekdays only) and confirm the availability of the date

•   Due to the economies of scale and to give you the best value for money, we need a minimum group size of 15 participants and a minimum billing of Rs 2,000/- per head.

•   Ask for a proposal

•   Corporates need to make the full payment for the minimum guaranteed number of participants in advance

•   Non-corporates and small groups need to pay a non-refundable advance of at least Rs 1,000/- per head, or an amount to cover the food (and accommodation). This is to protect us against no-shows. Activities can be paid for on site

•   24 hours check-in / check-out

•   Transport details for small groups and individuals is on the "PACKAGES"page

•   Please go through our "USPs"(Un-selling propositions) before confirming your bookings

Payments can be made in cash or be remitted by direct credit / RTGS / NEFT / IFCS / demand draft / crossed cheque in favour of "ADVENTURE ZONE" payable at par in Chennai. Clearing charges if any are to be borne by you.
